Key Responsibilities

Client communication: Answer and manage high volume calls with courtesy, efficiency and confidelity.

Property inquiries: Provide detailed information about luxury listings, amenities, and investment opportunities.

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings and meetings between clients and agents

Lead Management: Record, track and follow up on client leads to ensure conversion

Brand Representation: Uphold the company’s image by delivering a premium customer experience
