Architect – (Mid-Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the architectural design process for residential, commercial and mixed – us eprojects.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, specifications and presentation materials

Work closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.

Oversee project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.

Participate in site visits and provide technical support during construction

Contribute to design reviews, concept development and value engineering.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, sustainable and functional designs.

Requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B. Arch) from a recognized institution

Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in construction or real estate development.

Registered with the Board of Registration of Architects and Quantity Surveyors  (BORAQS) and/ or relevant professional body (added advantage)

Proficiency in autoCAD, revit, sketchUP or similar design software

Strong communication, team leadership and problem solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
